CACA- Career Development for Analytical Chemists - Opportunities, Strategies, and Pathways

The CACA Symposium aims to address the career development challenges faced by young analytical chemists, particularly during their initial job search and decision-making process in academia or industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, chemical, instrument). This task can be particularly overwhelming for foreign-born scientists who may have limited familiarity with cultural norms, communication styles, or support systems.
