Speeding Up Pharmaceutical Analysis with Emerging Analytical Technologies

Analytical development plays a crucial role in the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) of therapeutics. The competitive landscape requires high-throughput, rapid analysis for drug analysis. In this presentation, we will present two case studies demonstrating the recent advancements in HPLC and spectroscopic technologies, which provide a wide range of attractive tools for the analysis and characterization of therapeutics. These advancements also contribute to a holistic understanding of specific product quality attributes (PQAs) when combined with complementary methods. Furthermore, these platform understandings can guide the implementation of appropriate and effective control strategies in drug development.
