It looks in detail at preparing for problems in HPLC and LC-MS, how to identify problems in the system and the step-by-step troubleshooting process. Participants will consolidate their knowledge gained through practical exercises on troubleshooting chromatograms, learning how to identify problems and determine which part of the instrument could be causing issues. Overall, there is a strong emphasis on the practical aspects of HPLC and LC-MS, with instrument parts to observe and handle.
