Packing characteristics, bonded phases, the van Deemter equation, and Trends.
C. HPLC Instrumentation
The System, Pump, Autosampler, UV/Visible detector, Mass spectrometer, Data Chromatography System, and UHPLC (overview, benefits).
2. HPLC Applications, Method Development and Validation
A. HPLC applications
Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceuticals, food, environmental, chemical, and bioseparations
B. HPLC Method Development
The traditional strategy, the 3-pronged template, and the universal generic gradient approach.
C. An overview of Method Validation for regulated analysis
3. HPLC Operation and Troubleshooting
A. HPLC Operation
Mobile phase/sample preparations and the best practice in HPLC operation

Target Audience
