The Chromatography Forum of the Delaware Valley Dal Nogare Award

In addition to Olesik’s award address, there will be four additional speakers in the 2024 Dal Nogare award symposium to be held in San Diego. Professor Lisa Holland of West Virginia University will discuss Biomolecular separations using capillary nanogels where the separation system will occur under the native conditions of these biomolecules. Along this same theme, James Grinias from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey will present the utilization of compact capillary liquid chromatography instrumentation. The applications in his presentation will be from both the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical areas. Rounding out the biological separation theme will be Professor Robert Kennedy, the Willard Professor of Chemistry and Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. His topic will be improving compound identification in metabolomics and applications to the brain using chromatography-centric strategies. The Alice Hudson Professor of Chemistry at Iowa State University, Jared L. Anderson, will complete the full compliment of world-class scientists with his discussion about sustainable solvents in chemical separations and purifications.
